We file every claim for you, check your benefits before you come in, and give you a written estimate before any treatment.
Plans we’re in network with

If your plan isn’t on the list, we’ll still bill it as an out-of-network provider, and most PPO plans reimburse a large share of out-of-network care. Call Tessa with your member ID and she’ll check before you book.
We are not currently enrolled with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). Our front desk keeps an up-to-date list of Bend practices that are, and we’re happy to share it.

No insurance? Join the Pinecrest Plan
Our in-house membership covers two cleanings and exams a year, all routine X-rays, one emergency exam, and 15% off any other treatment.
- Adults: $360 a year, or $32 a month
- Children under 14: $280 a year, or $25 a month
There’s no waiting period, no annual maximum and no paperwork beyond a one-page sign-up.
Payment options
We take cash, checks, all major credit cards, and HSA or FSA cards. For larger treatment plans you can split the balance into three interest-free monthly payments, or apply for CareCredit, which offers 6 to 24 months of promotional financing.
